The Childrens Festival Chorus of Pittsburgh (CFC) provides superior choral education and performance opportunities to children, a professional-level childrens choir to audiences, and training to current and future music educators.
Children, ages 8 to 16, from the ten-county Pittsburgh region are members of the Childrens Festival Chorus, one of the nations premier children choirs. CFCs three choirs rehearse weekly at Duquesne University, where it is an ensemble in residence. CFC performs in self-sponsored concerts and throughout the community, and with the Pittsburgh Symphony, the Pittsburgh Opera, and many other arts organizations.
