The purpose of the Friends shall be to maintain a nonprofit association of persons interested in libraries;To stimulate increased awareness of the library by calling attention to the needs, services, and holdings of the library;To sponsor cultural and related programs for the enrichment of the community;To stimulate increased financial support, public and private; To provide volunteer services as needed; and To promote the use of the library.
