The mission of the Squirrel Hill Heath Center (SHHC) is to provide patient-driven, high quality, comprehensive, evidence- based primary and preventive Healthcare and social services to all patients, with a special concern for patients religious beliefs, race, national origin, age, and sex and handicap status and without regard for their ability to pay. SHHC will apply the values and principles of the Perfecting Patient Care system to serve each patient with dignity and respect in a culturally appropriate manner and to continually assess, evaluate and improve the quality of the services it provides. SHHC strives to make its service area the Healthiest community in the nation by assuring access to comprehensive Health and social services across the full continuum of care.
