Adult Day Services provides a safe and caring environment where someone with memory loss or physical challenges can spend the daytime hours one or more days each week engaged in meaningful activity with the personal care and medical attention they need. Home Safe Home helps to identify and correct safety hazards so that older adults can continue to live independently and safely in their own homes.
