The Sampson Family YMCA is changing lives.  Every. Single. Day.

We are dedicated to providing valuable resources and programming that play an essential role in our community.  

Annually, the Sampson Family Y subsidizes just over $50,000 to help financially support households to attend the YMCA as a member, take part in swim lessons, summer camp, child care and more!   

Without financial assistance, these families would not have the opportunities available to them.  

By choosing to donate, you play a vital role in breaking down barriers and ensuring that no one is left behind.  

We are also excited to announce that we will be launching the Livestrong Program this fall!  Livestrong is a 12-week cancer survivorship program at no cost to the participant.  Participants work with Y staff trained in supportive cancer care to safely achieve their goals such as building muscle mass and strength; increasing flexibility and endurance and improving overall confidence and self-esteem.
