Cardio H2O Mermaids inspire me every time we enter the water!  We work hard, we share our stories, we laugh, and we play!

Please join me in supporting the Y in its mission to give to those families, children, and individuals in our community who are in need!

Donations can be made on Critical Needs Alert Days which extend through Tuesday,  August 6th, 2024!

And everyone says, "YEE-HAW"!
