The mission of Healthy Start is to improve maternal and child health and to reduce poor birth outcomes and infant mortality in Allegheny County.

supports and services to the entire family, including: Basic Needs Support, Baby Supplies, Breastfeeding support, Doula Services, Engaging fathers in their families, In-home case management, and Health Education.
