Allies for Health and Wellbeing is a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit that empowers individuals and communities through high-quality integrated medical care, supportive human services, and community-based education for everyone, including members of the LGBTQ community and others who are living with, or at risk of HIV and viral hepatitis.
Through the Allies health clinic, we provide inclusive, holistic care by recognizing our clients' full lived experience. We lower financial barriers and stigma to make sure everyone can access the care they need, and we build trusting relationships with each client. Our health clinic is open to everyone, and we specialize in STI prevention, testing and care. Additionally, Allies provides inclusive primary care, gender-affirming care, behavioral health, and pharmacy services.
Allies' HIV supportive services include medical and non-medical case management, permanent supportive housing, food assistance, transportation assistance, legal services, and emergency financial assistance.
Allies is informed by its nearly 40-year history as the oldest and largest AIDS service organization in Southwestern Pennsylvania, providing services for HIV-positive individuals residing in 11 counties.
We thank you for being an ally and encourage you to see what your support can provide for our patients and clients!
