Since 1981, Bethlehem Haven has provided lifesaving and life-changing support to some of our community's most vulnerable people. As one of the first and longest running emergency homeless shelters in Allegheny County, Bethlehem Haven believes that a secure home is an essential foundation for every individual person to achieve stable mental and physical health as well as personal empowerment. In 2023, 1,077 individuals received support via Bethlehem Haven's continuum of care, which includes emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, meals, physical and behavioral health services, and connections to other supportive benefits.
