The East Liberty Family Health Care Center (ELFHCC) is a Christian based community health center providing quality, whole-person medical, dental, behavioral and preventive care to the uninsured, underinsured and underserved in Pittsburgh's East End. ELFHCC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which means we are a community-based nonprofit organization providing comprehensive services to persons of all ages, regardless of ability to pay. We deliver care from three sites: medical, behavioral, and dental care at Lincoln-Lemington, medical and behavioral care at East Liberty, pediatrics at East Liberty, and dental care at Hosanna House in Wilkinsburg.
