Individuals who seek mental health services and counseling through Ayúdate pay a nominal annual membership fee, which will afford them access to individual therapy on a sliding-fee scale, based on their ability to pay. Members are given access to an online library of mental health resources that are offered in Spanish, and are paired with qualified therapists who will work to meet their individual needs. Like-minded therapists, vetted by Ayúdate, offer 1-2 hours per week to Ayúdate members, and are paid a reduced fee. We offer financial support to cover full or partial cost for services.
