Anchorpoint Counseling Ministry is a charitable mental health and education nonprofit serving families throughout the northern Pittsburgh region. Anchorpoint strives to be a model of unconditional love and service to the entire community. Anchorpoint believes all neighbors and families should be able to access and afford high quality mental health care, regardless of faith, background, or ability to pay. In 2023, Anchorpoint delivered more than 8,900 counseling sessions and dozens of support group meetings serving more than 900 neighbors in need. More than 40% of these services benefited families who were uninsured, underinsured, or under-resourced.
