At Chartiers Center, the health and well-being of our consumers, our staff and our community are our top priority. We remain committed to maintaining a high level of care across all our programs. Our portfolio of services is compiled into service lines to show the continuity of our operations. *Recovery Treatment Services offer outpatient treatment, outpatient substance use treatment, therapy, and medication management. Clinics are in Bridgeville, Sto-Rox and Washington County. *Recovery Support Services is comprised of mental health residential programs that assist severely mentally ill individuals in their recovery while allowing them to live successfully in the community with the necessary supports to be successful. This service line is home to our renowned Homeless to Housing Services serving the unhoused (individuals/families) and those who risk losing their housing. We also provide 2 day programs for adults with IDD to obtain life-enriching experiences. *Recovery Rehabilitation Services assists individuals in learning skills, developing recovery strategies, and accessing an often-complicated healthcare system. This service includes our mobile teams: Blended Service Coordination (case management), Mobile Psych Rehab (help individuals attain valued roles), and the Behavioral Health Home Program (integrated wellness nurse) plus 2 social rehabilitation programs.
