In 2023, Feeding the Spirit provided temporary emergency shelter in hotels for 730 homeless individuals and provided rent assistance to 393 families at risk of losing their home due to eviction. Since our inception in November 2011 thru 2023, Feeding the Spirit has served meals to 11,078 people in our community. Additionally, in 2023, our organization assisted in paying application fees for 64 individuals to obtain a photo ID, supplied medical copay assistance to 15 individuals, supplied gift cards for food/hygiene items to 78 individuals and gas cards to 63 individuals.
